Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OTA Cloud websites, hosting, domains, and related services.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3. Orders, pricing & renewals
Prices are shown in USD. Some plans use introductory pricing for the first term and a higher renewal rate thereafter; renewal prices are disclosed on the product pages. Renewals are manual: we issue invoices before the end of the term. Unpaid services may be suspended after a 14-day grace period.
4. Payments & invoices
We accept card payments, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and account balance (wallet). Service charges generate invoices in USD. Wallet top-ups add credit only — they are not invoiced. Wallet funds are applied automatically only when the balance covers the full invoice amount. Issued invoice PDFs are stored securely and available for download from your client area.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal activity, phishing, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk email, network attacks, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy or threaten platform stability.
6. Offshore & specialty plans
Certain products (including offshore hosting) may have additional content or jurisdiction rules. Where those rules apply, they form part of your agreement when you order that product.
7. Domains
Domain registrations are subject to registry and ICANN (or relevant authority) policies. You are responsible for accurate WHOIS/contact data and for renewing domains before expiry. Domain fees and renewal rates may differ from promotional first-year pricing.
8. Service levels & support
We target high availability and provide support as described on our site and SLA page. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when reasonably possible. Credits, if any, follow the SLA.
9. Refunds
Refunds and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy and Distance Selling Agreement. Eligible shared hosting plans may include a limited money-back window as advertised at purchase. Domain registrations and consumed wallet credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTA Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
