A propagation check asks the same question of four public resolvers. After you change a record, some of them still show the old value until the previous TTL expires.
Pick A, AAAA, MX, NS, or TXT. A row that says no answer means that resolver did not return a record in time. Check again in a few minutes.
A change is still moving through DNS. Resolvers keep the previous record until its TTL ends.
Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), Quad9 (9.9.9.9), and OpenDNS (208.67.222.222).
That resolver did not return the record before the check timed out, or the record is not published there yet.
