We do not sell standalone SSL certificates. On Plesk and cPanel accounts, HTTPS is issued from the panel (Let’s Encrypt) once the domain’s A record points at that server.
**If the certificate fails**
- The domain still points at the old host, or only www / only apex is pointed.
- CAA records forbid the CA we use.
- The order is still provisioning — wait until the service is Active.
Client Area → Services has a one-click SSL retry for eligible plans. After it succeeds, browsers should show the padlock on both `http://` (redirect) and `https://`.
For a VPS you install the certificate yourself (Caddy, Certbot, or the control panel you put on the box).
