Mail and the website do not have to live on the same server.
For OTA Cloud email hosting we publish:
- **MX** → the mail hostname on your invoice / service page
- **SPF** include for that host
- **DKIM** TXT (we write it when the mailbox is created, if we also manage DNS)
The **A / AAAA** for `www` and the apex can stay on your current web host. Only change them if you also bought web hosting here.
After DNS settles (often under an hour, sometimes up to 24h) create mailboxes in Client Area → Services and sign in at the branded webmail URL. IMAP 993 / SMTP 465.
If mail goes to the old host after a move, the MX is still pointing there — not a mailbox password problem.
